THAT the Arena and Recreation Centre Study be received for information; AND FURTHER THAT staff be directed to continue to invest time in planning for Option 2A – a New Build that includes curling as outlined in the staff report; AND FINALLY THAT staff return to Committee of the Whole with additional information as it relates to long term financial planning and implications of Option 2A – a New Build that includes curling

THAT the Overhead Bridge Road Trailhead Construction and Drainage Improvements Tender be awarded to CSL Group in the amount of $331,035.30 (inclusive of HST); AND THAT $49,307 from development charges and anticipated savings achieved in the RCS Budget to fund a shortfall of $19,307 and a $30,000 project contingency as outlined in the staff report.

THAT a By-law be passed to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the Consent Agreement for execution regarding the lands municipally known as 1290 Sandy Bay Road.
