THAT the Special Committee of the Whole agenda for November 24, 2021 be approved as presented.

THAT the Town’s 2022 Operating Budget be approved as presented; (or as amended); AND THAT the Town’s 2022 and 2023 Capital Budgets be approved as presented; (or as amended); AND FURTHER THAT a contribution of up to $475,439 be approved for the Penetanguishene Public Library to fund their 2022 operating requirements; AND FINALLY THAT a contribution of up to $26,100 be approved for the Penetanguishene Public Library to fund their 2022 capital requirements.
