THAT the Transportation and Environmental Services Section recommends to Council the award of the tender submitted from H2Ontario Incorporated to complete the Payette Reservoir Upgrades for $1,977,590.57 (Excluding HST); AND THAT the provisional item for the installation of the backup transmission watermain be approved to proceed to construction.
