THAT as per the recommendation of the Transportation and Environmental Services Section, the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene d efer the decision of a Concept for the Main Street Streetscaping project until f urther discussion at the next Section meeting; AND THAT a public information session be held on October 2nd, 2013 at 7:00 pm within the Council Chambers to allow the public to comment on the potential design concepts.

THAT as per the recommendation of the Recreation & Cultural Services Section, the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene endorses the preliminary re-design plans for Rotary Park in principle; AND THAT a p ublic information session be held on September 18th, 2013 at 7:00 pm within the Council Chambers to allow the public to comment on the design concept.
