THAT in accordance with the Town of Penetanguishene Procedural By-law 2011-100, the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene move into an in-camera session to discuss: - the security of the property of the municipality or local board. - personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees. - advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, inc luding communications necessary for that purpose.
