THAT the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene approve the Special Council meeting agenda as presented.

THAT as per the recommendation of the Transportation & Environmental Services Section and the Finance & Corporate Services Section, the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene approve the use of the $50,000 in taxation funds for the Transportation Master Plan to fund the additional costs associated with the sidewalk replacement in front of 20 Robert Street West; AND THAT a reduction to the Water Division transfer to reserve be approved to fund the repairs required to the Water Division Loader Backhoe, which is estimated at $11,000.
