THAT in accordance with the Town of Penetanguishene Procedural By-law 2016-08, the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene move into an in-camera session to discuss: - personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees. - litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board. - advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.
