THAT in accordance with the Town of Penetanguishene Procedural By-law 2016-08, the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene move into an in-camera session to discuss: - a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board.

THAT Council Selection Option 4 regarding the Town-owned land at 2 Robillard Drive: THAT Council deem the portion of property at 2 Robillard Drive (4. 1 acres as per Attachment 1) surplus to the needs of the municipality; AND THAT as per By-law 2008-22 the Chief Administrative Officer be directed to negotiate with the owner of 45 Robillard Drive (sole source) to sell the portion of 2 Robillard Drive; AND THAT the Clerk be directed to provide Notice as per By-law 2010-47
