THAT in accordance with the Town of Penetanguishene Procedural By-law 2016-08, the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene move into an in-camera session to discuss: - a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board. (item iii and iv) - labour relations or employee negotiations. (item vi) - litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board. (item ii)

THAT the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene rise from in-camera session with a report.

THAT Council accept the land sale purchase offer in the amount of $62,250 for the town-owned land at 2 Robillard Drive. AND THAT Staff be directed to proceed with a land sale agreement with David Wright; AND FINALLY THAT once all conditions of the land sale agreement are met staff be directed to proceed with the necessary steps to finalize the land sale.
