THAT in accordance with the Town of Penetanguishene Procedural By-law 2017-86, the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene move into an in-camera session to discuss: - personal matters about an identifi able individual, including municipal or local board employees - labour relations or employee negotiations - litigation or potential litigation affecting the municipality or local board, including matters before administrative tribunals - advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose

THAT Council of the Town of Penetanguishene endorse the proposed next steps to defend the Town’s position to refuse the Draft Plan of Subdivision (File PEN-SUB-2013-01) and Zoning By-law Amendment application (File. No. Z.A. 8/2015) for the property at 221 Fox Street in accordance with Staff Report PD-18-76. AND THAT a By-law be passed to repeal By-law 2013-74 being a By-law Authorize Signing of a Draft Plan of Subdivision Containing Town-owned Lands.
