Special Council Meeting

THAT in accordance with the Town of Penetanguishene Procedural By-law 2019-25, the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene move into an in-camera session to discuss:  personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (item 4. iv)  a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board (item 4. iii)  labour relations or employee negotiations (item 4.iv)  litigation or potential litigation affecting the municipality or local board, including matters before administrative tribunals (item 4.ii)  advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose (item 4.ii)
