THAT in accordance with the Town of Penetanguishene Procedural By-law 2019-25, the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene move into an in-camera session to discuss: - personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (item 4 iii) - labour relations or employee negotiations (item 4 iii) - litigation or potential litigation affecting the municipality or local board, including matters before administrative tribunals (item 4 ii) - advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose (item 4 ii)
