THAT in accordance with the Town of Penetanguishene Procedural By-law 2019-25, the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene move into an in-camera session to discuss: - a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board

THAT staff be directed to list the following municipal lands with a real estate agent for potential sale: 13 Simcoe Street; 12 Dupuis Drive; 14 Dupuis Drive; 17 Jury Street; 224 Church Street; 171 Fox Street; 111 Church Street; 92 Shanahan Lane; and, 132 Church Street. AND THAT the lands identified as surplus in keeping with Staff Report PL-2020-03 be listed for sale through a real estate brokerage firm that is retained through a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) process;
