THAT Memo CAO 2021-02 including additional information as requested by Council at the January 13, 2021 Special Council meeting regarding the request to purchase land from the Georgian Bay Native Women's Association be received for information; AND THAT the CAO be approved to proceed as directed regarding the properties 12 and 14 Dupuis Drive including the cost of the water and sewer lateral installation and purchase price of $60,000 per lot (plus costs) through a vendor takeback mortgage sale to the Georgian Bay Native Women's Association.
