THAT Staff Report PD-2015-15 pertaining to the Application for Draft Plan of Subdivision for 60 Maria Street be received for information; AND THAT Staff be authorized to consider the information received at the Public Meeting and prepare a Staff Report and recommendation for consideration by Council.

THAT Staff Report PD-2015-14 pertaining to the Application for Official Plan Amendment for 1145 Fuller Avenue be received for information; AND THAT Staff be authorized to consider the information received at the Public Meeting and prepare a Staff Report and recommendation for consideration by Council; AND FURTHER THAT Staff be authorized to prepare an Official Plan Amendment (OPA) for consideration by Council based on Application OPA1/2008 and the comments received at the Public Meeting; FINALLY THAT Staff be authorized and directed to do all things necessary to give effect to this resolution.
