THAT the Transportation and Environmental Services Section recommends to the Finance and Corporate Services and Council to accept the tender from Georgian Paving to complete the revised Champlain Road Asphalt Resurfacing Contract for an estimated cost of $685,000.00 (Excluding HST). AND THAT the $65,117.38 in taxation funds required to complete the revised Champlain Road Resurfacing project be funded from the Capital Reserve. REFER TO COUNCIL ON JUNE 24, 2015 4. THAT the Finance and Corpo rate Services Section recommends to Council the support of an Integrated Community Health Hub being established at the former Penetanguishene General Hospital; AND WHEREAS a proposal to est ablish an Integrated Community Health Hub is under consideration with partnership from the Town of Penetanguishene, Georgian Bay General Hospital and Chigamik ; AND WHEREAS Council recognizes the importance of such a facility to the Town and residents alik e; AND WHEREAS it is important for the Town to provide for in-kind and monetary commitments to assist in the approval process for an Integrated Community Health Hub; NOW THEREFORE the Finance and Corporate Services Section recommend to Council to commit to the following to an Integrated Community Health Hub located at the former Penetanguishene General Hospital site, if established ; • An annual capital contribution for a fifteen year period in the amount of $25,000 per year • Site snow removal for a fi fteen year period • Grass cutting for a fifteen year period.
