THAT the Town retain the current road allowance and property at the Overhead Bridge site for future trail development or enhancement. THAT Town staff be directed to resolve the current land use and ownership issues with the adjacent property owner to ensure that safe and accessible trails enhancements can be completed and enjoyed by future users, as well as prevent potential conflict that might impede the progression of any future Council approved capital projects. AND THAT S. Desjardins coordinate a meeting with Andrea Betty, Director of Planning and Community Development, Bryan Murray, Director of Public Works and Tiny Township staff to discuss the interests of the Trails Committee as well as Ted Phelps' offer to determine any interest that Tiny may have in trail head developments at the Overhead Bridge location.
