THAT the Town’s 2023 Operating Budget be approved as amended; AND THAT the Town’s 2023 Capital Budget be approved as as amended; AND THAT the Town’s 2024 Capital Budget be approved as amended; AND FURTHER THAT a contribution up to the amount of $501,652 as presented be approved for the Penetanguishene Public Library to fund their 2023 operating requirements; AND FINALLY THAT a contribution of up to $76,000 be approved for the Penetanguishene Public Library to fund their 2023 capital requirements.
