THAT The Town Dock Project Update report be received for discussion; AND THAT staff be directed to organize an “Introduction to Economic Development” workshop with Factor 5 Group for the Town Dock Technical Advisory Committee and Council; AND FINALY THAT the Town Dock Technical Advisory Committee be provided guidelines to consider the following recommendations for changes to the draft Secondary Plan and Master Plan: Parking (remain the same) Greenspace (increase) Recreational Opportunities (remain the same) Review of CN Park be included Review of entrance turnaround
