THAT Council direct staff to enter into a Joint Processing Agreement with the Town of Newmarket for the provision of Automated Speed Enforcement services within the Town of Penetanguishene; AND THAT staff be directed to proceed with Option A, that the Town of Newmarket provide a processing centre to the Town of Penetanguishene for the provision of AMPS services as outlined within Schedule B of the agreement.
